The Premium Package includes:
8 × 1 hour virtual or in person coaching calls where we can discuss your prenatal care, making empowered decisions as a family, goal setting & accomplishment, mindfulness practices and more! Sessions can also be used for postpartum, newborn care & breastfeeding support
A La Carte Classes: 2 private prenatal yoga sessions + 1 adult & infant CPR class for up to 4 participants
Unlimited text & phone support throughout pregnancy and for 6 weeks postpartum
Printable guides: birth goals template, trimester specific guides, labor guide and postpartum support guide
